Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or damage during transit.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your rug.

Custom, bespoke, ex-display, or Archive Sale rugs are not eligible for return.

Please provide clear images: one of the open rug showing the issue and another of it securely packed.

Refund Processing:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the rug passes inspection.

Refunds exclude shipping, import duties, VAT, and customs charges.

All international prices include shipping, import duties, VAT/GST, and customs charges—no hidden fees.

In-stock rugs: Delivered within 15–16 business days.

Out-of-stock rugs: 8–10 business weeks.

Made-to-order rugs: Hand-knotted (16–22 weeks), Handloomed (10–14 weeks).
